We have this crazy idea, that we can have such an impact on impaired driving, that we might actually be able to put an end to it. Can we do it alone?
No, not really. It will require our community of franchise partners, our friends, our family, business partners, vendors, our friends in the hospitality industry, etc. Really, this audacious goal includes just about everyone we come in contact with.
How will we do this?
By making designated drivers accessible, convenient and affordable.
Now introducing MiiRyde, the third generation of the Driverseat mobile app, which connects those who have consumed any amount of alcohol or drugs, those who have had a medical procedure, and cannot drive, etc., with a designated driver to get them and their vehicle home safely.
While we know how to offer the designated driver service, and while we have the app to make it happen, we do not have the capacity to launch this service globally without significant support networks in place… and significant cash.
This coming August, we will be embarking on a crowdfunding campaign to raise funds through offering great donation packages which include exclusive shirts, prepaid ride packages, sponsorship packages, and invitations to special events. Collectively, with each of us contributing a small amount of money, Driverseat is poised to take our service global, to truly have an impact.
