Q.  Are you like an Uber or Lyft?

A.  No.  We both use apps and provide transportation, but we offer the option of prescheduling your ride.  Additionally, our Chauffeurs do not transport people in their own car.  Instead, our Chauffeurs drive customers in the customer’s vehicle, or in one of our late model shuttle vans.   Our customers like this option because they like knowing the condition of the car they’re riding in.  Also, we perform background checks, drug screenings, driving history checks, AND a driving test.  We take each Chauffeur on a test drive before they work for us.

Q.  Are you a taxi service?

A.  No again. Our service is almost always pre-scheduled.  This way, you know that your ride will be exactly where you need it to be, when you need it to be.

Q.  Are you more like a limousine service?

A.  Getting closer! While we don’t have black vehicles, our customer service is on par with expensive black car companies.  We offer exceptional customer service, but at a more affordable price.

Q.  How far in advance do I need to schedule?

A.  Most of the time, 24 hours is all we need. We do try to accommodate urgent situations, and will try very hard to work with you if something comes up and you can’t schedule in advance.  During busy seasons, or for assisted medical transport, it’s best to schedule us when you schedule your medical appointment.  However, it’s always a good idea to schedule as soon as you know you’ll need us.

Q.  What’s the best way to schedule your service?

A.  We have a convenient and easy to use app for our services. To download our app, text gettheapp to 931-398-1105 and a link will be sent to you.  For medical and airport transportation, we request an email with your flight/appointment time, address, and other pertinent information.  For flights, we like to have your flight information so that we can check for updates.  All of our services must be paid for by credit card through our app, as our Chauffeurs do not carry cash.  When you register our app, your credit card information will be securely saved.
