Congratulations! You’ve pre-booked your airport transportation with Driverseat Sarasota and will soon be flying into Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ).
How Will I Know Who is Picking Me Up?
When you booked with us you will have received a confirmation of the booking by text and email (or notification if you booked by the app).
The day before your arrival we will send you another notification with the name, photo, and contact details of your chauffeur driver, as well as details of the vehicle allocated to your ride.
Where Should I Go?
When you have landed:
- Collected your luggage
- Call your chauffeur on the number texted to you
- Head to the Ground Transportation exit at the end of the baggage hall
- Meet your Driverseat airport shuttle under the covered area
Driverseat Sarasota holds a permit to wait in the covered private limo parking section. The airport requires that private car services have a permit to pick up passengers – a full list of operators with permits can be found here.
Head to this exit door at the end of the baggage hall.
If you would prefer for your chauffeur to meet you in the baggage hall, please let us know.
All of our fully trained, professional chauffeurs are pre-screened with local and national background checks and will offer assistance to those who need it as part of our white-glove service promise. Please let us know if you have any special requirements and we will do our best to support you with those.
What Should I Do If My Flight Is Delayed?
Don’t worry! We keep an eye on the arrivals information and adjust our pick-up time accordingly. If you want to send a quick email or text before taking off, that’s great too, but not necessary.
How much does a Driverseat Ride from Sarasota Airport Cost?
Our rates are often comparable to Uber, Lyft, or an Airport Taxi at busy times, but with:
- the added reassurance of a pre-arranged, guaranteed pickup with an internationally recognized brand,
- a comfortable ride in a sanitized, late-model luxury vehicle and
- a safe, friendly, professional chauffeur who will not only offer assistance but will even provide you with snacks and a cold bottle of water!
We charge flat-rate pricing (no surge pricing) for pickups from Sarasota Airport to the Sarasota-Manatee area in our 8 seater passenger vans (5 maximum occupancies with checked luggage), regardless of how many passengers are in your party. Prices vary depending on the drop-off location and time of day so we recommend that you call or check our website for an accurate quote.
There is no extra charge for child seats so please let us know if you require one.

What About COVID-19?
We have strict COVID-19 sanitizing procedures between passengers to ensure our vans are safe and clean after every single trip. To date, all of our chauffeurs are fully vaccinated, wear a mask on request, check their temperatures before their shift, and regularly wash their hands. Hand sanitizer is available in each vehicle and we encourage everyone to use it.
