However, on occasion, there are traffic delays that are out of our control (road traffic accidents, inclement weather, unscheduled road closures, etc.). In the unlikely event that your chauffeur will be late, he/she will get in touch by phone or text to inform you of the updated ETA.
Airport bookings are made based on scheduled flight arrival time. Our chauffeurs will adjust their pickup time depending on airport size, whether you are checking in luggage and expected immigration time.
*chauffeur allocation may be subject to change (we will let you know if any changes occur and send updated details) and surcharges may apply during out-of-hours and outside of the Sarasota-Bradenton area.
