When we launched our Shuttle service only months ago, we knew we were meeting a unique demand in the marketplace, but had no idea what the demand truly was. Over the past few months, we have seen triple digit growth in our specialized shuttle offering. Demand has been so great, that we have been declining some new opportunities to ensure we can deliver the great level of service we always have.
When we are asked why that is, there are only two clear answers. We out-care our competition, and we provide very competitively priced, customized solutions. That seems like an easy thing to say, but we hear regularly from our clients, that they feel they received a very personalized experience.
This type of service is easy to explain, we have late model, impeccably kept vehicles of all sizes to meet any kind of need you may have. They are driven by extremely friendly and engaging Coachmen (drivers), who are dedicated to ensuring your experience is a memorable one.
How people use the service is a bit more complex, however. We’ll answer this piece with some examples. This week alone, we have done the following types of trips:
